Wanted man turns himself in
A 22-year-old Sterling man who was wanted in connection with a sexual assault that happened in Sterling earlier this year has turned himself over to police.
Mitchell Edward Arterberry III is accused of sexually assaulting a female acquaintance at a home in the area of Cascades Parkway and West Church Road, Loudoun County Sheriff's Office spokesman Kraig Troxell said.
The victim is an adult.
Arterberry turned himself over to police Nov. 16 and is being held without bond at the Loudoun County Adult Detention Center.
