Burglary reported near Paeonian Springs

A burglary was reported overnight Thursday into Friday in the Paeonian Springs area, according to the Loudoun County Sheriff's Office.

Around 1:30 a.m. May 30, a resident of the 16900 block of Simpson Circle awoke and saw someone in the room. The person was wearing all black and had his or her face covered. The victim yelled, and the person fled the room.

The incident remains under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Anyone who has information regarding this incident is asked to contact Investigator D. Cresswell of the Loudoun County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations division at 703-777-0475.

Those who wish to remain anonymous are asked to call Loudoun County Crime Solvers at 703-777-1919. Anyone with information leading to an arrest and indictment could be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
