12th annual Leesburg Motorcycle Poker Run
The Leesburg Police Department will host its 12th annual Motorcycle Poker Run June 7 to raise money for the Special Olympics.
Registration for the ride begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Virginia National Guard Armory, 41905 Loudoun Center Place in Leesburg.
A uniformed police motorcycle escort will depart at 9 a.m.
A complimentary breakfast prepared by Anita's Mexican Kitchen will be served prior to departure and a free catered lunch by Bob Evans Restaurant will also be provided upon return to the Armory.
First, second and third prizes are a Garmin 260 GPS unit, a $250 gift card and a portable electric Holland grill. There will also be door prizes.
A rain date is scheduled for June 8. If it rains then, the ride goes on anyway.
