Babies come home, community memorial service

By Terri Randolph

Babies come home: Adrienne Evans of Leesburg and her daughter, Shanell Evans, welcomed home the newest additions to their family. Shanell’s daughters Imani Renee and Amari Janae, who were born 14 weeks early and weighed less than 2 pounds each, have finally come home. They continue to grow and get stronger each day. However, please keep the Evans family in your prayers.

Community memorial service: Grace Annex United Methodist church will hold a community memorial service on Aug. 24 at 7 p.m. at the church. The service will be in honor of deceased loved ones in the community. During the service, one member from each family will light a candle as the names of their deceased ones are being read. If you would like members of your family to be honored, please contact Garry Smith by Aug. 19 at 540-338-4185 or e-mail at raafik@aol.com to provide your list of names.
